1. Introduction

Welcome to ZaCloud! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform, which provides management of cloud servers. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use our service.

2. Account Registration

To use our platform, you must register an account providing your username, email, first name, country, phone number, and password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payments

ZaCloud offers both one-time and recurring payment options. Payments are processed online and are credited to your user balance on our platform. All transactions are conducted securely. You are responsible for all transactions made under your account and for ensuring that any payment information you provide is accurate and current.

4. Services

Upon receipt of payment, ZaCloud will purchase cloud server services from third-party providers on your behalf. Our platform will manage these servers automatically, including the issuance and auto-renewal of SSL certificates for hosted applications. We also manage databases, backups, and provide a database management tool for your use.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must use our platform in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. Unauthorized use of the platform, including but not limited to unauthorized entry into our systems, misuse of passwords, or misuse of any information posted to a site, is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on the platform, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the platform, is the property of ZaCloud or its suppliers and protected by copyright and international conventions.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will ZaCloud, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
